All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to, all adult toys, intimate wellness products, and personal-use items.

Unopened & Unused Items

Returns may be considered only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Any approved return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened:

Shipping Costs
